| ePlatformPro ships via major couriers on your request or through ePlatformPro Regular couriers. Please advise if you require insurance of the shipment. Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. Any damages or loss in transit should be noted on the delivery receipted and must be reported to Dynalog promptly. Customers should file claims on carriers for any loss immediately. |

| Returns and Repair |
| Please contact Dynalog H.O to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product for repair. The RMA Number must be marked clearly on the packaging in which goods are returned. Warranty repair turnaround time for goods repairable at Dynalog is normally 8 -10 business days after receipt of defective material. For MODELSLISTED IN THIS BROCHURE, PROMPT SERVICE allows 3 BUSINESS DAYS (maxi.) repair after receiving repairable goods. If the goods are not repairable at Dynalog and needs to be sent to Advantech Taiwan then the new replacement will be given subject to availability. Note: Please mention clearly whenever you are sending the spares like CPU, SIMM Modules, DIMM Modules, HDD, Add ˇV On cards if any. |

| All products are guaranteed against defects in material & workmanship for a Period of ONE YEAR from the date of invoice. Any product found to be Defective within the warranty period will, at the option of the manufacturer, be Either repaired or replaced. This warranty does not apply to products which have Been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or unauthorized Repair in no case shall the manufacturerˇ¦s liability exceed the productˇ¦s original Purchase price. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. DYNALOG SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILTYAND FITNESS FOR A PERTICULAR PURPOSE.
Warranty involves repairing of defective product/parts and does not entitle purchaser for the replacement of complete product. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's H.O or its Branches
For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the Dynalog H.O / Branches / Authorized dealer's, all expenses incurred in collection the unit or part/s thereof from the company's service centre/authorized service centre/authorized dealer's service centre, as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/ technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period. In case of any transit damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned service centre on charges and warranty for unexpired period to continue.
